I am pleased to announce that Exit Realty has started a property management program. Exit Rentals will be focused on the management and leasing of long term rental property in the Robertsdale, Summerdale, Foley, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach areas. We plan to extend our management to all of Baldwin county. If you own rental property in the area, please contact me if you need management assistance. My background includes almost 15 years of property management in Alabama covering single-family homes, large and small apartment complexes, and condo association management. I look forward to bringing my knowledge to this new program. We currently have several properties for lease in the Foley area. | Congress responded to the latest devastation and in December 2005 passed H.R. 4440, the Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005 (the "GO Zone Act"), which provides support to individuals and businesses impacted by hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma. The legislation also provides tax and other financial incentives for businesses participating in the rebuilding and restoration of the region surrounding Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama. |
